Why don't you charge by the hour?
Because hourly billing creates the wrong incentives - it rewards time spent rather than outcomes delivered. I price by project or monthly retainer so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we start. If you need something smaller in scope, hourly is available on request.
Can I start with a one-off project and move to a retainer later?
