I started in operations and growth at early-stage startups in London - learning what it takes to move fast with limited resources. That grounding in practical execution has stayed with me through every role since.

At Vita Mojo, I built the client portfolio function from scratch. Designed the processes, the commercial frameworks, the tooling. Managed 70% of the client base and held a 103% Net Revenue Retention rate quarter after quarter. It taught me that the details of how you manage relationships are inseparable from the revenue outcomes you produce.

At WeTransfer, I led annual revenue and data strategy for the sales department. The scale was different - a global tech company with complex product, engineering, and commercial dependencies. I learned to operate in that environment: how to align senior stakeholders, how to build forecasting models that people actually trust, how to run cross-functional initiatives without losing momentum.

In 2025, I founded Athena Fertility - a FemTech consumer brand in the Dutch market. I owned the full commercial build: pricing strategy, GTM sequencing, partner acquisition, KPI tracking. First customer traction in three months. It's the clearest proof of what I can do when given a blank page and a commercial goal.
