Here's how we do it.

Discovery Call

A focused 30-minute conversation to understand what you're working on, what's not working, and whether I'm the right person to help.

By the end, you'll know whether it makes sense to go further. So will I.

Understanding Your Needs

If we decide to move forward, I go deeper.

I look at the commercial data, talk to the relevant stakeholders, and map where the friction is coming from. This might take a few conversations or a short diagnostic sprint, depending on the complexity.

Scoping High-ROI Initiatives

Once I understand the landscape, I identify where the highest-value work is - the things that will actually move the needle, given your time, resources, and goals.

I'm explicit about the trade-offs. If there's a quick win alongside a longer-term structural fix, I'll say so. If something you think is a priority is actually a distraction, I'll say that too.

Embedded Execution & Handover

This is where I do the work. Depending on the engagement, that might mean building models and frameworks, running cross-functional delivery, managing stakeholders, or being on-hand for strategic input as decisions get made.
